About the Treaty of Roskilde
Charles X Gustav crossed the frozen Belts, one of history great military feats, and dictated terms, Skåne, Blekinge, Halland, Bohuslän, Trondheim, Bornholm ceded. Denmark lost a third of its realm, the Scanian provinces Sweden grip permanent, though Bornholm rebelled and both it and Trondheim were returned by the Treaty of Copenhagen in 1660. The treaty made Sweden the Baltic dominant power and fixed the Denmark Sweden border essentially to today.
